In a significant milestone for regional cooperation, Pakistan played host to the first-ever virtual meeting of Planning Secretaries from the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) member countries. The virtual gathering, which took place in November 2020, aimed to bolster collaborative efforts in advancing economic development and achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the South Asian region.
