Sahibzada Arshadullah is a public policy, monitoring and evaluation expert based in Islamabad and working at the Federal SDGs Support unit at the Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiative. Prior to joining the federal SDGs Support Unit, he was based in The Hague, Netherlands pursuing his studies and research in the field of Governance and Development Policy as Orange Knowledge Fellow at the International Institute of Social Studies. Moreover, before going to the Netherlands, he was working in the European Union technical assistance team as Senior Monitoring and Reporting Specialist providing technical support to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan government in the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of KP-District Governance and Community Development Programme. Sahibzada has overall 13 years of experience in M&E, Tech for M&E, Research, Governance reforms, Capacity building, Information Management, knowledge Management and Public Policy.
Sahibzada currently directly oversee the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting portfolio of Federal, AJK and GB SDGs Support Units, providing Support to government officials at the planning commission, other federal line ministries and GB/AJK P&DD in the monitoring, tracking and reporting of SDGs goals, targets and indicators. He is also providing technical MER support to provincial SDGs units and other development partners.
