With more than 28 years of experience as a civil servant and a development professional, and senior most bureaucrat in the province, having topped the Civil Services Exams overall in Pakistan in 1992 ,I have worked with honesty and integrity in a diverse range offered by the public sector covering policy formulation and implementation in the arena of governance and public policy with special focus on planning and project management, public financial management, Economic development, public service delivery, administration, Taxation and Revenue mobilisation. Over 12 years experience of heading as team leader various government organisations at senior management or middle management level with experience of policy formulation, strategic management and implementation , budget formulation, financial management, Taxation measures, Revenue mobilization, Ease of Doing Business and planning and development , administration, in both Settled areas and PATA and in KPK , Punjab, Federal Government , Pakistan embassy abroad and UN.

• Stood First in all Pakistan in the Civil Services Exams in 1992

• Stood in top two positions in 12th SMC and 20th CTP civil servants national training programmes in 2013 and 1993 respectively

• Stood in top two positions in 109th NMC National Management Course for senior civil servants national training programme in 2018

• Awarded the Britannia Chevening Scholarship for postgraduate studies in 1998

• Won the 3 I Best Business Project award, University of Bath, UK, 1999

• Stood first in Pakistan amongst all officers for the Commercial Counsellor exams for posting in Pakistan embassies abroad , Ministry of Commerce and LUMS, 2006

• Represented Pakistan team in first SAARC Quiz , Dehli, India, 1988

• Chief Of Air Staff Medal, Pre- Engneering, PAF PakistanColleges distinction, 1985
