• An officer of the Government of AJK with twenty nine years of experience of working at different levels in the fields of Development Planning, Strategic Planning, Project Management including over 10 years as Secretary to the Government heading different departments.
• Contributed significantly to the Development Program in AJ&K as Secretary Planning, Secretary Agriculture, Secretary Local Government & Rural Development.
• Designed and headed Earthquake Reconstruction Program in AJK for 5 years.
• Also worked in Economic Affairs Division, GoP as Joint Secretary dealing with World Bank and IFAD.
